Living a balanced life, taking time to be with our families, smelling the roses, relaxing, having a hobby, being physically active every day actually makes the work we do that much better. That means creating work that is more interesting, human, insightful and effective for us and our clients.
The old saying was, “Cheap, Fast, and Good, you can only pick two.” At Jack Russell, we think you can actually have all three. Having people doing the work that already have a wealth of experience means we can deliver better ideas, faster, and often, at a lower cost. It takes an experienced person a shorter amount of time to complete tasks. And that saves our clients money.
Embracing individuals with experience also means we can take full advantage of the amazing network of experienced freelance talent. It means, for each client, creating a bespoke team for their specific needs.
